Muitas destas parcerias s\u00e3o divulgadas como sendo gr\u00e1tis e revolucion\u00e1rias para a aprendizagem h\u00edbrida. No entanto, por tr\u00e1s desta gratuidade est\u00e3o os valiosos dados de estudantes, professores e at\u00e9 fam\u00edlias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O alerta sobre o perigo das bigtechs gr\u00e1tis na educa\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 no relat\u00f3rio <strong>&#8220;Aprendizagem Hibrida? orienta\u00e7\u00f5es para regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o e ado\u00e7\u00e3o com qualidade, equidade e inclus\u00e3o\u201d<\/strong>, lan\u00e7ado na \u00faltima semana por pesquisadores brasileiros do <a href=\"https:\/\/tltlab.org\/\">Transformative Learning Technologies Lab (TLTL)<\/a>, da Universidade de Columbia (EUA), em parceria com a <a href=\"https:\/\/fundacaotelefonicavivo.org.br\">Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Telef\u00f4nica Vivo<\/a>, Dados para um Debate Democr\u00e1tico na Educa\u00e7\u00e3o (D3e) e <a href=\"https:\/\/centrolemann.org.br\/\">Centro Lemann.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo os pesquisadores, as empresas comerciais nacionais e internacionais de internet ampliaram o interesse pela educa\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica brasileira com a oferta, supostamente gratuita, de plataformas de trabalho, armazenamento de arquivos e de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pelo modelo de neg\u00f3cio adotado, ressalta o estudo, essas empresas obt\u00eam receitas a partir do n\u00famero de pessoas que aderem a um determinado servi\u00e7o e que, para tanto, fornecem informa\u00e7\u00f5es privadas valiosas, como, por exemplo, perfil socioecon\u00f4mico, eventuais intera\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras e redes de contatos. \u201cO aprofundamento da ado\u00e7\u00e3o de tecnologias no cotidiano escolar fornecer\u00e1 uma mina de dados para que empresas testem produtos, ofere\u00e7am servi\u00e7os e gerem modelos que expliquem opini\u00f5es e atitudes sociais a partir dessas informa\u00e7\u00f5es\u201d, alerta a pesquisa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O pesquisador Rodrigo Barbosa e Silva, um dos autores do estudo, destaca que al\u00e9m da prote\u00e7\u00e3o individual o poder p\u00fablico precisa pensar em uma prote\u00e7\u00e3o coletiva. &#8220;O que n\u00f3s notamos durante a pandemia e at\u00e9 muito antes dela \u00e9 que existem contratos entre redes e as bigtechs , nos quais elas escolhem as tecnologias, os pacotes de software e at\u00e9 as atividades para crian\u00e7as, jovens e docentes e esses contratos, muitas vezes, s\u00e3o \u2018gratuitos\u2019 para a rede e criam uma obriga\u00e7\u00e3o da fam\u00edlia e da crian\u00e7a a fornecer dados sem que elas tenham controle sobre se querem fornecer estas informa\u00e7\u00f5es, de que forma estes dados s\u00e3o processados e sem poder de auditoria, principalmente do poder p\u00fablico\u201d, afirma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O estudo <strong>&#8220;Aprendizagem Hibrida? orienta\u00e7\u00f5es para regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o e ado\u00e7\u00e3o com qualidade, equidade e inclus\u00e3o\u201d<\/strong> sugere ainda que o &#8220;Estado brasileiro n\u00e3o deve delegar sua capacidade de proteger dados pessoais a agentes empresariais \u00e0 margem de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o e regras de transpar\u00eancia impostas a todo o setor p\u00fablico brasileiro&#8221;.
