Por isso sou italiana e brasileira. Aos 7\/8 anos ganhei meu 1\u00ba pr\u00eamio de um concurso p\u00fablico de melhor \u201creda\u00e7\u00e3o\/inova\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d de um livro que escrevi na escola e por isso, na \u00e9poca, eu fui entrevistada pela TV Cultura, ou seja, o universo j\u00e1 estava sinalizando minha profiss\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Nesse nosso anivers\u00e1rio de 90 anos da Universidade de S\u00e3o Paulo, a 1\u00aa Universidade iberoamericana e uma das TOP 100 do mundo, gostaria de prestar minha homenagem e gratid\u00e3o! E explicar o porqu\u00ea somos os melhores do mundo! E o porqu\u00ea voc\u00ea tamb\u00e9m pode!<\/p>\n<p>Antes de eu explicar qual a minha rela\u00e7\u00e3o direta com a USP, gostaria de agradecer a todos os paulistas e paulistanos, pois sem voc\u00eas a USP, Unesp, Unicamp, Univesp, Centro Paula Souza n\u00e3o existiria, \u00e9 atrav\u00e9s do nosso trabalho, dos nossos impostos que conseguimos formar e exportar cientistas e profissionais altamente qualificados!<\/p>\n<p>E esclarecer que eu n\u00e3o me considero \u201cuma privilegiada\u201d e sim \u201cuma vencedora\u201d por n\u00e3o ter desistido do caminho! Como muitos durante minha adolesc\u00eancia eu residi na zona leste e apesar da dist\u00e2ncia, frio e adversidade n\u00e3o me fizeram desistir do meu sonho, como a minha \u00fanica alternativa era o sistema p\u00fablico, ent\u00e3o eu tinha que estudar nas melhores escolas para atingir meu sonho, e foi o que aconteceu, eu me preparei para o concurso p\u00fablico para ingressar em uma das melhores escolas t\u00e9cnicas do Brasil \u2013 CEFET-SP, depois prestei outro concurso p\u00fablico para ingressar na Unesp, dentro dessa institui\u00e7\u00e3o fiz outra concorr\u00eancia p\u00fablica e fui aprovada para estudar na Espanha (USC) onde resido atualmente, retornando utilizei a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o da CRUESP e terminei a gradua\u00e7\u00e3o na USP, e, na sequ\u00eancia, fiz outro concurso p\u00fablico para ingressar no mestrado e doutorado. Detalhe, eu sempre trabalhei enquanto eu estudava e isso foi o que me tornou ainda mais produtiva e com potencial de unir os conhecimentos \u201cacad\u00eamicos\u201d e \u201cpr\u00e1ticos\u201d!<\/p>\n<p>Atualmente, eu tenho + de 20 anos de experi\u00eancia, sou uma t\u00e9cnica em engenharia civil, farmac\u00eautica-bioqu\u00edmica e a 1\u00aa no mundo a desenvolver uma nova linha de pesquisa na \u00e1rea de ci\u00eancias regulat\u00f3rias\/Intelig\u00eancia Regulat\u00f3ria especializada em sa\u00fade e ind\u00fastria farmac\u00eautica, por meio de mestrado e doutorado! Em meados de 2009\/2010, quando eu decidi desenvolver uma nova linha de pesquisa eu j\u00e1 sabia que eu seria a 1\u00aa na USP\/Brasil, mas eu n\u00e3o imaginava que eu seria a 1\u00aa no mundo!<\/p>\n<p>Desenvolver uma nova linha de pesquisa al\u00e9m de n\u00e3o termos refer\u00eancias bibliogr\u00e1ficas, temos dificuldades de conseguir financiamento p\u00fablico para nossa pesquisa e, mais uma vez, qual foi a solu\u00e7\u00e3o que encontrei? Transformar meu mestrado e doutorado em empresa, livros, cursos, aulas, artigos em uma linguagem mais acess\u00edvel e gerar riqueza para a minha pr\u00f3pria sobreviv\u00eancia e para a sociedade atrav\u00e9s do meu trabalho t\u00e9cnico, cient\u00edfico e empresarial!<\/p>\n<p>Hoje, eu me especializei em regular empresas e produtos inovadores para serem comercializados no Brasil e no \u00e2mbito internacional, ou seja, enquanto meus irm\u00e3os t\u00e3o talentosos como eu est\u00e3o produzindo novas tecnologias na \u00e1rea da sa\u00fade, novos medicamentos, alimentos, cosm\u00e9ticos, novas terapias, eu sou a \u201cirm\u00e3\u201d que vai reunir tudo isso e transformar a boa ideia\/o sonho em realidade, pois para tudo tem uma ci\u00eancia.<\/p>\n<p>Minha pesquisa tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 um exemplo de como \u00e9 importante a multidisciplinariedade em um profissional, al\u00e9m da minha experi\u00eancia na \u00e1rea que eu j\u00e1 possu\u00eda, na USP, eu fui estudante da Faculdade de Ci\u00eancias Farmac\u00eauticas, da Faculdade de Economia, Faculdade de Direito, Faculdade de Pedagogia e Faculdade de Sa\u00fade P\u00fablica. Estagiei no Hospital das Cl\u00ednicas (Incor) e fui coordenadora de projetos entre a FIPFARMA-FURP.<\/p>\n<p>E aos poucos fui construindo, testando, como num laborat\u00f3rio, mas eu fui mais audaciosa, quis testar com empresas reais e minha metodologia foi implementada em dezenas de ind\u00fastrias farmac\u00eauticas e milhares de produtos que devem ser aprovados por ag\u00eancias reguladoras como a Anvisa, Inmetro, FDA. Quando terminei meu PhD eu j\u00e1 era uma refer\u00eancia no Brasil e j\u00e1 tinha publicado o 1\u00ba livro acad\u00eamico na \u00e1rea que teve a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o de autores da USP, Faculdade de Minas Gerais, Anvisa etc\u2026, mas uma jovem senhora precisava comprovar se realmente sua teoria estava certa e estruturar a melhor estrat\u00e9gia para regular empresas e produtos em todo o mundo, e comecei a testar em outros pa\u00edses, indiretamente me desenvolvi em mais 3 idiomas, morei e trabalhei em v\u00e1rios pa\u00edses, a cada avan\u00e7o os desafios come\u00e7aram a se tornar mais complexos, especialmente por conta da vaidade humana quando se deparava com uma cientista mulher internacional com o grau m\u00e1ximo de titula\u00e7\u00e3o acad\u00eamica, entretanto, com a energia e paix\u00e3o de uma adolescente!<\/p>\n<p>Como na nossa fam\u00edlia, eu at\u00e9 posso brigar com o meu irm\u00e3o, mas ai daquele que quiser maldizer sobre o nosso irm\u00e3o! Por isso eu n\u00e3o admito escutar as inverdades em congressos cient\u00edficos e em outros ambientes acad\u00eamicos no \u00e2mbito internacional que o Brasil \u2013 um pa\u00eds de extens\u00e3o continental \u00e9 um pa\u00eds subdesenvolvido ou que seu povo n\u00e3o tem valor!<\/p>\n<p>Ou que a nossa ag\u00eancia reguladora \u2013 Anvisa (criada em 1999) \u00e9 \u201ccomplicada\u201d, o interessante \u00e9 que as cr\u00edticas sempre s\u00e3o de pa\u00edses que sequer tem uma ag\u00eancia reguladora com o mesmo corpo t\u00e9cnico, cient\u00edfico, multidisciplinar e de doutores como n\u00f3s ou como a FDA (criada em 1906). Poucos sabem, mas, no Brasil, a primeira legisla\u00e7\u00e3o sanit\u00e1ria deu-se em 1744, e muitos paulistas e paulistanos ajudaram a construir o nosso sistema de vigil\u00e2ncia sanit\u00e1ria e independente de qualquer coisa, a nossa constitui\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 clara \u201cSA\u00daDE \u00c9 DIREITO DE TODOS E DEVER DO ESTADO\u201d e gra\u00e7as a esses profissionais que n\u00e3o s\u00f3 temos um sistema de sa\u00fade continental, mas os melhores profissionais de sa\u00fade do mundo! Quantas pessoas o complexo do Hospital das Cl\u00ednicas da USP atende por dia? Fazemos distin\u00e7\u00e3o de cor, ra\u00e7a, credo, idioma, nacionalidade? Todos s\u00e3o atendidos seguindo os princ\u00edpios de equidade e igualdade!<\/p>\n<p>Em pleno s\u00e9culo XXI ainda temos na\u00e7\u00f5es que n\u00e3o chegaram no mesmo n\u00edvel do povo brasileiro que aprendeu naturalmente enxergar e abra\u00e7ar o diferente como igual, sabendo que nem todos j\u00e1 atingiram a mesma evolu\u00e7\u00e3o do povo brasileiro, meu apelo n\u00e3o \u00e9 para que respeitem os \u201cbrasileiros\u201d, simplesmente respeitem uma das leis universais \u201chonre seus pr\u00f3prios antepassados\u201d, pois foi o Brasil que acolheu os filhos de v\u00e1rias p\u00e1trias (portugueses, italianos, espanh\u00f3is, japoneses, alem\u00e3es, ingleses, franceses, ucranianos, eslavos, africanos, chineses, arm\u00eanios, turcos, israelitas, judeus, holandeses, norte americanos, entre outros) em um per\u00edodo que o mundo estava ardendo em chamas e n\u00e3o foi capaz de dar assist\u00eancia para seu pr\u00f3prio povo!<\/p>\n<p>Chegaram em uma terra que n\u00e3o podiam falar seus idiomas m\u00e3e, e a diversidade fez com que eles se unissem e se entendessem sem google translator ou google maps! Veja a genialidade desse povo que inclusive ajudou a construir nossas universidades! E at\u00e9 hoje muitas nacionalidades que diz ser \u201cdesenvolvida\u201d n\u00e3o fala mais de um idioma e n\u00e3o valoriza cientistas internacionais e pior, mulheres cientistas internacionais!<\/p>\n<p>E foi essa terra maravilhosa que deu \u00e1gua, terra, ar e fogo para que os nossos antepassados fizessem a sua pr\u00f3pria magia utilizando seus conhecimentos e talentos natos de seu pr\u00f3prio DNA\/nacionalidade.<\/p>\n<p>E por isso hoje o \u201cbrasileiro\u201d re\u00fane os melhores talentos de cada nacionalidade e se tornou um exemplo de cidad\u00e3o do mundo! E produz os melhores cientistas e profissionais do mundo!<\/p>\n<p>E temos v\u00e1rios exemplos como:<\/p>\n<p>Lu\u00eds Gama \u2013 formado pela USP \u2013 descendente de imigrantes africanos e portugueses<br \/>Ayrton Senna (o maior piloto de todos os tempos) \u2013 descendente de imigrantes italianos<br \/>Pel\u00e9 (o fen\u00f4meno do esporte\/futebol) \u2013 descendente de imigrantes africanos, entre outros.<\/p>\n<p>Assim, aproveito essa oportunidade para tamb\u00e9m agradecer ao Brasil por ter acolhido a minha fam\u00edlia nascidos na It\u00e1lia.<\/p>\n<p>Depois de ter percorrido por muitos pa\u00edses, atualmente eu consigo reconhecer os melhores pa\u00edses para se viver, estudar, que s\u00e3o seguros e respeitam os direitos humanos e por isso, hoje, eu entendo que S\u00e3o Paulo foi o melhor \u201cinterc\u00e2mbio cultural, cient\u00edfico e profissional\u201d que o grande arquiteto do universo poderia ter me dado, para que eu pudesse acelerar meu processo de aprendizagem e chegar nesse momento em que estamos vivendo num per\u00edodo de revolu\u00e7\u00e3o tecnol\u00f3gica, para que eu pudesse ter toda a bagagem t\u00e9cnica e regulat\u00f3ria para ajudar ag\u00eancias reguladoras e empresas p\u00fablicas e privadas em todo o mundo a regularem seus produtos e garantirem a qualidade, seguran\u00e7a e efic\u00e1cia para toda a popula\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s ter aprendido a conjugar o verbo \u201cser\u201d e n\u00e3o o verbo \u201cparecer ser\u201d, que leva mais tempo e d\u00e1 mais trabalho, hoje me sinto segura para afirmar que me tornei uma cidad\u00e3 do mundo! E estou orgulhosa de dizer ao mundo que a 1\u00aa PhD \u2013 cientista em ci\u00eancias regulat\u00f3rias\/intelig\u00eancia regulat\u00f3ria \u00e9 um produto do Estado de S\u00e3o Paulo, da USP e do Brasil e que teve ao longo de sua vida acad\u00eamica professores e mestres exemplares de excel\u00eancia!<\/p>\n<p>Parab\u00e9ns \u00e0 Universidade de S\u00e3o Paulo! Parab\u00e9ns, paulistas e paulistanos e parab\u00e9ns ao povo brasileiro!<\/p>\n<p>Por fim, relacionei algumas fotos, exemplos de outros cientistas talentosos da USP!<\/p>\n<p>Fraternal abra\u00e7o,<\/p>\n<p>\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2013<\/p>\n<p>To the University of S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/p>\n<p>This year is very special, because on January 20th in Brazil we celebrate the profession of pharmacist, on January 25th the University of S\u00e3o Paulo will turn 90 years old and the city of S\u00e3o Paulo will turn 470 years old!<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s why I decided to make a 3-in-1 tribute, fasten your seatbelts!<\/p>\n<p>I am former student, Nat\u00e1lia Bellan, a typical Italian from S\u00e3o Paulo, born in Br\u00e1s\/Mooca (essentially a neighborhood of Italian immigrants) who was lucky enough to be born on Brazilian soil and to have gained a \u201csoil\u201d nationality \u2013 Brazilian (a nationality that few countries in the world offer to their children). That\u2019s why I\u2019m Italian and Brazilian. At the age of 7\/8 I won my 1st prize in a public competition for best \u201cwriting\/innovation\u201d for a book I wrote at school and that\u2019s why at the time I was interviewed by TV Cultura, in other words, the universe was already signaling my profession.<\/p>\n<p>On our 90th anniversary of the University of S\u00e3o Paulo, the 1st Ibero-American University and one of the TOP 100 in the world, I would like to pay tribute and gratitude! And explain why we are the best in the world! And why you can too!<\/p>\n<p>Before I explain my direct relationship with USP, I would like to thank all S\u00e3o Paulo residents, because without you USP, Unesp, Unicamp, Univesp, Centro Paula Souza would not exist, it is through our work, our taxes that we can train and export highly qualified scientists and professionals!<\/p>\n<p>And clarify that I do not consider myself \u201cprivileged\u201d but rather \u201ca winner\u201d for not giving up on the path! Like many during my adolescence, I lived in the east zone and despite the distance, cold and adversity did not make me give up on my dream, as my only alternative was the public system, so I had to study in the best schools to achieve my dream, and That\u2019s what happened, I prepared for the public exam to enter one of the best technical schools in Brazil \u2013 CEFET-SP, then I took another public exam to enter Unesp, within that institution I did another public competition and was approved to study at Spain (USC) where I currently reside, upon returning I used the CRUESP legislation and finished my degree at USP, and then took another public exam to enter the master\u2019s and doctorate. Detail, I always worked while I studied and that was what made me even more productive and with the potential to combine \u201cacademic\u201d and \u201cpractical\u201d knowledge!<\/p>\n<p>I currently have more than 20 years of experience, I am a technician in civil engineering, pharmaceutical-biochemistry and the 1st in the world to develop a new line of research in the area of regulatory sciences \/ Regulatory Intelligence\u201d specialized in health and pharmaceutical industry, through master\u2019s and doctorate degrees! In mid-2009\/2010, when I decided to develop a new line of research, I already knew that I would be the 1st at USP\/Brazil, but I had no idea that I would be the 1st in the world!<\/p>\n<p>Developing a new line of research, in addition to not having bibliographic references, we have difficulty obtaining public funding for our research, and once again, what was the solution I found? Transform my master\u2019s and doctorate into a company, books, courses, classes, articles in a more accessible language and generate wealth for my own survival and for society through my technical, scientific and business work!<\/p>\n<p>Today I specialize in regulating innovative companies and products to be commercialized in Brazil and internationally, that is, while my brothers who are as talented as me are producing new technologies in the area of health, new medicines, foods, cosmetics, new therapies, I I am the \u201csister\u201d who will bring all this together and turn the good idea\/dream into reality, because there is a science to everything.<\/p>\n<p>My research is also an example of how important multidisciplinarity is in a professional, in addition to my experience in the area that I already had, at USP I was a student at the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, the Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Law, Faculty of Pedagogy and Faculty of Public Health. I interned at Hospital das Cl\u00ednicas (Incor) and was project coordinator between FIPFARMA-FURP.<\/p>\n<p>And little by little I built, tested, like in a laboratory, but I was more audacious, I wanted to test with real companies and my methodology was implemented in dozens of pharmaceutical industries and thousands of products that must be approved by regulatory agencies such as Anvisa or Inmetro. When I finished my PhD I was already a reference in Brazil and had already published the 1st academic book in the area that had the collaboration of authors from USP, Faculdade de Minas Gerais, Anvisa, etc\u2026, but a young lady needed to prove if I really your theory was right and structured the best strategy to regulate companies and products around the world, and I started testing in other countries, and indirectly developed myself in 3 more languages, I lived and worked in several countries, and with each advance the challenges began to become more complex, especially due to human vanity when faced with an international female scientist with the highest academic degree, yet with the energy and passion of a teenager!<\/p>\n<p>As in our family, I can even fight with my brother, but woe to anyone who wants to curse our brother! That\u2019s why I don\u2019t accept listening to untruths at scientific conferences and in other academic environments at the international level that Brazil \u2013 a country of continental extension \u2013 is an underdeveloped country or that its people have no value!<\/p>\n<p>Or that our regulatory agency \u2013 ANVISA (created in 1999) is \u201ccomplicated\u201d, the interesting thing is that the criticisms are always from countries that don\u2019t even have a regulatory agency with the same technical, scientific, multidisciplinary body and doctors like us or like the FDA (created in 1906). Few know, but in Brazil the first health legislation took place in 1744, and many people from S\u00e3o Paulo helped to build our health surveillance system and regardless of anything, our constitution is clear \u201cHEALTH IS EVERYONE\u2019S RIGHT AND THE DUTY OF STATE\u201d and thanks to these professionals we not only have a continental healthcare system, but the best healthcare professionals in the world! How many people does the USP Hospital das Cl\u00ednicas complex serve per day? Do we distinguish between color, race, creed, language, nationality? Everyone is served following the principles of equity and equality!<\/p>\n<p>In the 21st century we still have nations that have not reached the same level as the Brazilian people who naturally learned to see and embrace the different as equal, knowing that not everyone has already reached the same evolution as the Brazilian people, my appeal is not for you to respect the \u201cBrazilians\u201d, simply respect one of the universal laws \u201chonor your own ancestors\u201d, as it was Brazil that welcomed the children of various homelands (Portuguese, Italians, Spanish, Japanese, Germans, English, French, Ukrainians, Slavs, Africans, Chinese, Armenians , Turks, Israelis, Jews, Dutch, North Americans, among others) at a time when the world was burning in flames and was unable to provide assistance to its own people!<\/p>\n<p>They arrived in a land where they couldn\u2019t speak their mother languages, and the diversity made them come together and understand each other without Google Translate or Google Maps! See the genius of these people who even helped build our universities! And to this day, many nationalities that claim to be \u201cdeveloped\u201d no longer speak one language and do not value international scientists and worse, international women scientists!<\/p>\n<p>And it was this wonderful land that gave water, earth, air and fire so that our ancestors could make their own magic using their knowledge and talents born from their own DNA\/nationality.<\/p>\n<p>And that\u2019s why today the \u201cBrazilian\u201d brings together the best talents of each nationality and has become an example of a citizen of the world! Como muitos durante minha adolesc\u00eancia eu residi na zona leste e apesar da dist\u00e2ncia, frio e adversidade n\u00e3o me fizeram desistir do meu sonho, como a minha \u00fanica alternativa era o sistema p\u00fablico, ent\u00e3o eu tinha que estudar nas melhores escolas para atingir meu sonho, e foi o que aconteceu, eu me preparei para o concurso p\u00fablico para ingressar em uma das melhores escolas t\u00e9cnicas do Brasil \u2013 CEFET-SP, depois prestei outro concurso p\u00fablico para ingressar na Unesp, dentro dessa institui\u00e7\u00e3o fiz outra concorr\u00eancia p\u00fablica e fui aprovada para estudar na Espanha (USC) onde resido atualmente, retornando utilizei a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o da CRUESP e terminei a gradua\u00e7\u00e3o na USP, e, na sequ\u00eancia, fiz outro concurso p\u00fablico para ingressar no mestrado e doutorado. Detalhe, eu sempre trabalhei enquanto eu estudava e isso foi o que me tornou ainda mais produtiva e com potencial de unir os conhecimentos \u201cacad\u00eamicos\u201d e \u201cpr\u00e1ticos\u201d!Atualmente, eu tenho + de 20 anos de experi\u00eancia, sou uma t\u00e9cnica em engenharia civil, farmac\u00eautica-bioqu\u00edmica e a 1\u00aa no mundo a desenvolver uma nova linha de pesquisa na \u00e1rea de ci\u00eancias regulat\u00f3rias\/Intelig\u00eancia Regulat\u00f3ria especializada em sa\u00fade e ind\u00fastria farmac\u00eautica, por meio de mestrado e doutorado! Em meados de 2009\/2010, quando eu decidi desenvolver uma nova linha de pesquisa eu j\u00e1 sabia que eu seria a 1\u00aa na USP\/Brasil, mas eu n\u00e3o imaginava que eu seria a 1\u00aa no mundo!Desenvolver uma nova linha de pesquisa al\u00e9m de n\u00e3o termos refer\u00eancias bibliogr\u00e1ficas, temos dificuldades de conseguir financiamento p\u00fablico para nossa pesquisa e, mais uma vez, qual foi a solu\u00e7\u00e3o que encontrei? Estagiei no Hospital das Cl\u00ednicas (Incor) e fui coordenadora de projetos entre a FIPFARMA-FURP.E aos poucos fui construindo, testando, como num laborat\u00f3rio, mas eu fui mais audaciosa, quis testar com empresas reais e minha metodologia foi implementada em dezenas de ind\u00fastrias farmac\u00eauticas e milhares de produtos que devem ser aprovados por ag\u00eancias reguladoras como a Anvisa, Inmetro, FDA. Quando terminei meu PhD eu j\u00e1 era uma refer\u00eancia no Brasil e j\u00e1 tinha publicado o 1\u00ba livro acad\u00eamico na \u00e1rea que teve a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o de autores da USP, Faculdade de Minas Gerais, Anvisa etc\u2026, mas uma jovem senhora precisava comprovar se realmente sua teoria estava certa e estruturar a melhor estrat\u00e9gia para regular empresas e produtos em todo o mundo, e comecei a testar em outros pa\u00edses, indiretamente me desenvolvi em mais 3 idiomas, morei e trabalhei em v\u00e1rios pa\u00edses, a cada avan\u00e7o os desafios come\u00e7aram a se tornar mais complexos, especialmente por conta da vaidade humana quando se deparava com uma cientista mulher internacional com o grau m\u00e1ximo de titula\u00e7\u00e3o acad\u00eamica, entretanto, com a energia e paix\u00e3o de uma adolescente!Como na nossa fam\u00edlia, eu at\u00e9 posso brigar com o meu irm\u00e3o, mas ai daquele que quiser maldizer sobre o nosso irm\u00e3o! Por isso eu n\u00e3o admito escutar as inverdades em congressos cient\u00edficos e em outros ambientes acad\u00eamicos no \u00e2mbito internacional que o Brasil \u2013 um pa\u00eds de extens\u00e3o continental \u00e9 um pa\u00eds subdesenvolvido ou que seu povo n\u00e3o tem valor!Ou que a nossa ag\u00eancia reguladora \u2013 Anvisa (criada em 1999) \u00e9 \u201ccomplicada\u201d, o interessante \u00e9 que as cr\u00edticas sempre s\u00e3o de pa\u00edses que sequer tem uma ag\u00eancia reguladora com o mesmo corpo t\u00e9cnico, cient\u00edfico, multidisciplinar e de doutores como n\u00f3s ou como a FDA (criada em 1906). Poucos sabem, mas, no Brasil, a primeira legisla\u00e7\u00e3o sanit\u00e1ria deu-se em 1744, e muitos paulistas e paulistanos ajudaram a construir o nosso sistema de vigil\u00e2ncia sanit\u00e1ria e independente de qualquer coisa, a nossa constitui\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 clara \u201cSA\u00daDE \u00c9 DIREITO DE TODOS E DEVER DO ESTADO\u201d e gra\u00e7as a esses profissionais que n\u00e3o s\u00f3 temos um sistema de sa\u00fade continental, mas os melhores profissionais de sa\u00fade do mundo! Quantas pessoas o complexo do Hospital das Cl\u00ednicas da USP atende por dia? Fazemos distin\u00e7\u00e3o de cor, ra\u00e7a, credo, idioma, nacionalidade? Todos s\u00e3o atendidos seguindo os princ\u00edpios de equidade e igualdade!Em pleno s\u00e9culo XXI ainda temos na\u00e7\u00f5es que n\u00e3o chegaram no mesmo n\u00edvel do povo brasileiro que aprendeu naturalmente enxergar e abra\u00e7ar o diferente como igual, sabendo que nem todos j\u00e1 atingiram a mesma evolu\u00e7\u00e3o do povo brasileiro, meu apelo n\u00e3o \u00e9 para que respeitem os \u201cbrasileiros\u201d, simplesmente respeitem uma das leis universais \u201chonre seus pr\u00f3prios antepassados\u201d, pois foi o Brasil que acolheu os filhos de v\u00e1rias p\u00e1trias (portugueses, italianos, espanh\u00f3is, japoneses, alem\u00e3es, ingleses, franceses, ucranianos, eslavos, africanos, chineses, arm\u00eanios, turcos, israelitas, judeus, holandeses, norte americanos, entre outros) em um per\u00edodo que o mundo estava ardendo em chamas e n\u00e3o foi capaz de dar assist\u00eancia para seu pr\u00f3prio povo!Chegaram em uma terra que n\u00e3o podiam falar seus idiomas m\u00e3e, e a diversidade fez com que eles se unissem e se entendessem sem google translator ou google maps! Veja a genialidade desse povo que inclusive ajudou a construir nossas universidades! E at\u00e9 hoje muitas nacionalidades que diz ser \u201cdesenvolvida\u201d n\u00e3o fala mais de um idioma e n\u00e3o valoriza cientistas internacionais e pior, mulheres cientistas internacionais!E foi essa terra maravilhosa que deu \u00e1gua, terra, ar e fogo para que os nossos antepassados fizessem a sua pr\u00f3pria magia utilizando seus conhecimentos e talentos natos de seu pr\u00f3prio DNA\/nacionalidade.E por isso hoje o \u201cbrasileiro\u201d re\u00fane os melhores talentos de cada nacionalidade e se tornou um exemplo de cidad\u00e3o do mundo! Detail, I always worked while I studied and that was what made me even more productive and with the potential to combine \u201cacademic\u201d and \u201cpractical\u201d knowledge!I currently have more than 20 years of experience, I am a technician in civil engineering, pharmaceutical-biochemistry and the 1st in the world to develop a new line of research in the area of regulatory sciences \/ Regulatory Intelligence\u201d specialized in health and pharmaceutical industry, through master\u2019s and doctorate degrees! In mid-2009\/2010, when I decided to develop a new line of research, I already knew that I would be the 1st at USP\/Brazil, but I had no idea that I would be the 1st in the world!Developing a new line of research, in addition to not having bibliographic references, we have difficulty obtaining public funding for our research, and once again, what was the solution I found? Por isso sou italiana e brasileira. Aos 7\/8 anos ganhei meu 1\u00ba pr\u00eamio de um concurso p\u00fablico de melhor \u201creda\u00e7\u00e3o\/inova\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d de um livro que escrevi na escola e por isso, na \u00e9poca, eu fui entrevistada pela TV Cultura, ou seja, o universo j\u00e1 estava sinalizando minha profiss\u00e3o.Nesse nosso anivers\u00e1rio de 90 anos da Universidade de S\u00e3o Paulo, a 1\u00aa Universidade iberoamericana e uma das TOP 100 do mundo, gostaria de prestar minha homenagem e gratid\u00e3o! E explicar o porqu\u00ea somos os melhores do mundo! E o porqu\u00ea voc\u00ea tamb\u00e9m pode!Antes de eu explicar qual a minha rela\u00e7\u00e3o direta com a USP, gostaria de agradecer a todos os paulistas e paulistanos, pois sem voc\u00eas a USP, Unesp, Unicamp, Univesp, Centro Paula Souza n\u00e3o existiria, \u00e9 atrav\u00e9s do nosso trabalho, dos nossos impostos que conseguimos formar e exportar cientistas e profissionais altamente qualificados!E esclarecer que eu n\u00e3o me considero \u201cuma privilegiada\u201d e sim \u201cuma vencedora\u201d por n\u00e3o ter desistido do caminho! Como muitos durante minha adolesc\u00eancia eu residi na zona leste e apesar da dist\u00e2ncia, frio e adversidade n\u00e3o me fizeram desistir do meu sonho, como a minha \u00fanica alternativa era o sistema p\u00fablico, ent\u00e3o eu tinha que estudar nas melhores escolas para atingir meu sonho, e foi o que aconteceu, eu me preparei para o concurso p\u00fablico para ingressar em uma das melhores escolas t\u00e9cnicas do Brasil \u2013 CEFET-SP, depois prestei outro concurso p\u00fablico para ingressar na Unesp, dentro dessa institui\u00e7\u00e3o fiz outra concorr\u00eancia p\u00fablica e fui aprovada para estudar na Espanha (USC) onde resido atualmente, retornando utilizei a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o da CRUESP e terminei a gradua\u00e7\u00e3o na USP, e, na sequ\u00eancia, fiz outro concurso p\u00fablico para ingressar no mestrado e doutorado. Detalhe, eu sempre trabalhei enquanto eu estudava e isso foi o que me tornou ainda mais produtiva e com potencial de unir os conhecimentos \u201cacad\u00eamicos\u201d e \u201cpr\u00e1ticos\u201d!Atualmente, eu tenho + de 20 anos de experi\u00eancia, sou uma t\u00e9cnica em engenharia civil, farmac\u00eautica-bioqu\u00edmica e a 1\u00aa no mundo a desenvolver uma nova linha de pesquisa na \u00e1rea de ci\u00eancias regulat\u00f3rias\/Intelig\u00eancia Regulat\u00f3ria especializada em sa\u00fade e ind\u00fastria farmac\u00eautica, por meio de mestrado e doutorado! Em meados de 2009\/2010, quando eu decidi desenvolver uma nova linha de pesquisa eu j\u00e1 sabia que eu seria a 1\u00aa na USP\/Brasil, mas eu n\u00e3o imaginava que eu seria a 1\u00aa no mundo!Desenvolver uma nova linha de pesquisa al\u00e9m de n\u00e3o termos refer\u00eancias bibliogr\u00e1ficas, temos dificuldades de conseguir financiamento p\u00fablico para nossa pesquisa e, mais uma vez, qual foi a solu\u00e7\u00e3o que encontrei? Transformar meu mestrado e doutorado em empresa, livros, cursos, aulas, artigos em uma linguagem mais acess\u00edvel e gerar riqueza para a minha pr\u00f3pria sobreviv\u00eancia e para a sociedade atrav\u00e9s do meu trabalho t\u00e9cnico, cient\u00edfico e empresarial!Hoje, eu me especializei em regular empresas e produtos inovadores para serem comercializados no Brasil e no \u00e2mbito internacional, ou seja, enquanto meus irm\u00e3os t\u00e3o talentosos como eu est\u00e3o produzindo novas tecnologias na \u00e1rea da sa\u00fade, novos medicamentos, alimentos, cosm\u00e9ticos, novas terapias, eu sou a \u201cirm\u00e3\u201d que vai reunir tudo isso e transformar a boa ideia\/o sonho em realidade, pois para tudo tem uma ci\u00eancia.Minha pesquisa tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 um exemplo de como \u00e9 importante a multidisciplinariedade em um profissional, al\u00e9m da minha experi\u00eancia na \u00e1rea que eu j\u00e1 possu\u00eda, na USP, eu fui estudante da Faculdade de Ci\u00eancias Farmac\u00eauticas, da Faculdade de Economia, Faculdade de Direito, Faculdade de Pedagogia e Faculdade de Sa\u00fade P\u00fablica. Estagiei no Hospital das Cl\u00ednicas (Incor) e fui coordenadora de projetos entre a FIPFARMA-FURP.E aos poucos fui construindo, testando, como num laborat\u00f3rio, mas eu fui mais audaciosa, quis testar com empresas reais e minha metodologia foi implementada em dezenas de ind\u00fastrias farmac\u00eauticas e milhares de produtos que devem ser aprovados por ag\u00eancias reguladoras como a Anvisa, Inmetro, FDA. Quando terminei meu PhD eu j\u00e1 era uma refer\u00eancia no Brasil e j\u00e1 tinha publicado o 1\u00ba livro acad\u00eamico na \u00e1rea que teve a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o de autores da USP, Faculdade de Minas Gerais, Anvisa etc\u2026, mas uma jovem senhora precisava comprovar se realmente sua teoria estava certa e estruturar a melhor estrat\u00e9gia para regular empresas e produtos em todo o mundo, e comecei a testar em outros pa\u00edses, indiretamente me desenvolvi em mais 3 idiomas, morei e trabalhei em v\u00e1rios pa\u00edses, a cada avan\u00e7o os desafios come\u00e7aram a se tornar mais complexos, especialmente por conta da vaidade humana quando se deparava com uma cientista mulher internacional com o grau m\u00e1ximo de titula\u00e7\u00e3o acad\u00eamica, entretanto, com a energia e paix\u00e3o de uma adolescente!Como na nossa fam\u00edlia, eu at\u00e9 posso brigar com o meu irm\u00e3o, mas ai daquele que quiser maldizer sobre o nosso irm\u00e3o! Por isso eu n\u00e3o admito escutar as inverdades em congressos cient\u00edficos e em outros ambientes acad\u00eamicos no \u00e2mbito internacional que o Brasil \u2013 um pa\u00eds de extens\u00e3o continental \u00e9 um pa\u00eds subdesenvolvido ou que seu povo n\u00e3o tem valor!Ou que a nossa ag\u00eancia reguladora \u2013 Anvisa (criada em 1999) \u00e9 \u201ccomplicada\u201d, o interessante \u00e9 que as cr\u00edticas sempre s\u00e3o de pa\u00edses que sequer tem uma ag\u00eancia reguladora com o mesmo corpo t\u00e9cnico, cient\u00edfico, multidisciplinar e de doutores como n\u00f3s ou como a FDA (criada em 1906). Poucos sabem, mas, no Brasil, a primeira legisla\u00e7\u00e3o sanit\u00e1ria deu-se em 1744, e muitos paulistas e paulistanos ajudaram a construir o nosso sistema de vigil\u00e2ncia sanit\u00e1ria e independente de qualquer coisa, a nossa constitui\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 clara \u201cSA\u00daDE \u00c9 DIREITO DE TODOS E DEVER DO ESTADO\u201d e gra\u00e7as a esses profissionais que n\u00e3o s\u00f3 temos um sistema de sa\u00fade continental, mas os melhores profissionais de sa\u00fade do mundo! Quantas pessoas o complexo do Hospital das Cl\u00ednicas da USP atende por dia? Fazemos distin\u00e7\u00e3o de cor, ra\u00e7a, credo, idioma, nacionalidade? Todos s\u00e3o atendidos seguindo os princ\u00edpios de equidade e igualdade!Em pleno s\u00e9culo XXI ainda temos na\u00e7\u00f5es que n\u00e3o chegaram no mesmo n\u00edvel do povo brasileiro que aprendeu naturalmente enxergar e abra\u00e7ar o diferente como igual, sabendo que nem todos j\u00e1 atingiram a mesma evolu\u00e7\u00e3o do povo brasileiro, meu apelo n\u00e3o \u00e9 para que respeitem os \u201cbrasileiros\u201d, simplesmente respeitem uma das leis universais \u201chonre seus pr\u00f3prios antepassados\u201d, pois foi o Brasil que acolheu os filhos de v\u00e1rias p\u00e1trias (portugueses, italianos, espanh\u00f3is, japoneses, alem\u00e3es, ingleses, franceses, ucranianos, eslavos, africanos, chineses, arm\u00eanios, turcos, israelitas, judeus, holandeses, norte americanos, entre outros) em um per\u00edodo que o mundo estava ardendo em chamas e n\u00e3o foi capaz de dar assist\u00eancia para seu pr\u00f3prio povo!Chegaram em uma terra que n\u00e3o podiam falar seus idiomas m\u00e3e, e a diversidade fez com que eles se unissem e se entendessem sem google translator ou google maps! Veja a genialidade desse povo que inclusive ajudou a construir nossas universidades! E at\u00e9 hoje muitas nacionalidades que diz ser \u201cdesenvolvida\u201d n\u00e3o fala mais de um idioma e n\u00e3o valoriza cientistas internacionais e pior, mulheres cientistas internacionais!E foi essa terra maravilhosa que deu \u00e1gua, terra, ar e fogo para que os nossos antepassados fizessem a sua pr\u00f3pria magia utilizando seus conhecimentos e talentos natos de seu pr\u00f3prio DNA\/nacionalidade.E por isso hoje o \u201cbrasileiro\u201d re\u00fane os melhores talentos de cada nacionalidade e se tornou um exemplo de cidad\u00e3o do mundo! E produz os melhores cientistas e profissionais do mundo!E temos v\u00e1rios exemplos como:Lu\u00eds Gama \u2013 formado pela USP \u2013 descendente de imigrantes africanos e portuguesesAyrton Senna (o maior piloto de todos os tempos) \u2013 descendente de imigrantes italianosPel\u00e9 (o fen\u00f4meno do esporte\/futebol) \u2013 descendente de imigrantes africanos, entre outros.Assim, aproveito essa oportunidade para tamb\u00e9m agradecer ao Brasil por ter acolhido a minha fam\u00edlia nascidos na It\u00e1lia.Depois de ter percorrido por muitos pa\u00edses, atualmente eu consigo reconhecer os melhores pa\u00edses para se viver, estudar, que s\u00e3o seguros e respeitam os direitos humanos e por isso, hoje, eu entendo que S\u00e3o Paulo foi o melhor \u201cinterc\u00e2mbio cultural, cient\u00edfico e profissional\u201d que o grande arquiteto do universo poderia ter me dado, para que eu pudesse acelerar meu processo de aprendizagem e chegar nesse momento em que estamos vivendo num per\u00edodo de revolu\u00e7\u00e3o tecnol\u00f3gica, para que eu pudesse ter toda a bagagem t\u00e9cnica e regulat\u00f3ria para ajudar ag\u00eancias reguladoras e empresas p\u00fablicas e privadas em todo o mundo a regularem seus produtos e garantirem a qualidade, seguran\u00e7a e efic\u00e1cia para toda a popula\u00e7\u00e3o.Ap\u00f3s ter aprendido a conjugar o verbo \u201cser\u201d e n\u00e3o o verbo \u201cparecer ser\u201d, que leva mais tempo e d\u00e1 mais trabalho, hoje me sinto segura para afirmar que me tornei uma cidad\u00e3 do mundo! E estou orgulhosa de dizer ao mundo que a 1\u00aa PhD \u2013 cientista em ci\u00eancias regulat\u00f3rias\/intelig\u00eancia regulat\u00f3ria \u00e9 um produto do Estado de S\u00e3o Paulo, da USP e do Brasil e que teve ao longo de sua vida acad\u00eamica professores e mestres exemplares de excel\u00eancia!Parab\u00e9ns \u00e0 Universidade de S\u00e3o Paulo! Detail, I always worked while I studied and that was what made me even more productive and with the potential to combine \u201cacademic\u201d and \u201cpractical\u201d knowledge!I currently have more than 20 years of experience, I am a technician in civil engineering, pharmaceutical-biochemistry and the 1st in the world to develop a new line of research in the area of regulatory sciences \/ Regulatory Intelligence\u201d specialized in health and pharmaceutical industry, through master\u2019s and doctorate degrees! In mid-2009\/2010, when I decided to develop a new line of research, I already knew that I would be the 1st at USP\/Brazil, but I had no idea that I would be the 1st in the world!Developing a new line of research, in addition to not having bibliographic references, we have difficulty obtaining public funding for our research, and once again, what was the solution I found? Everyone is served following the principles of equity and equality!In the 21st century we still have nations that have not reached the same level as the Brazilian people who naturally learned to see and embrace the different as equal, knowing that not everyone has already reached the same evolution as the Brazilian people, my appeal is not for you to respect the \u201cBrazilians\u201d, simply respect one of the universal laws \u201chonor your own ancestors\u201d, as it was Brazil that welcomed the children of various homelands (Portuguese, Italians, Spanish, Japanese, Germans, English, French, Ukrainians, Slavs, Africans, Chinese, Armenians , Turks, Israelis, Jews, Dutch, North Americans, among others) at a time when the world was burning in flames and was unable to provide assistance to its own people!They arrived in a land where they couldn\u2019t speak their mother languages, and the diversity made them come together and understand each other without Google Translate or Google Maps! See the genius of these people who even helped build our universities! And to this day, many nationalities that claim to be \u201cdeveloped\u201d no longer speak one language and do not value international scientists and worse, international women scientists!And it was this wonderful land that gave water, earth, air and fire so that our ancestors could make their own magic using their knowledge and talents born from their own DNA\/nationality.And that\u2019s why today the \u201cBrazilian\u201d brings together the best talents of each nationality and has become an example of a citizen of the world! Por isso sou italiana e brasileira. Aos 7\/8 anos ganhei meu 1\u00ba pr\u00eamio de um concurso p\u00fablico de melhor \u201creda\u00e7\u00e3o\/inova\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d de um livro que escrevi na escola e por isso, na \u00e9poca, eu fui entrevistada pela TV Cultura, ou seja, o universo j\u00e1 estava sinalizando minha profiss\u00e3o.Nesse nosso anivers\u00e1rio de 90 anos da Universidade de S\u00e3o Paulo, a 1\u00aa Universidade iberoamericana e uma das TOP 100 do mundo, gostaria de prestar minha homenagem e gratid\u00e3o! E explicar o porqu\u00ea somos os melhores do mundo! E o porqu\u00ea voc\u00ea tamb\u00e9m pode!Antes de eu explicar qual a minha rela\u00e7\u00e3o direta com a USP, gostaria de agradecer a todos os paulistas e paulistanos, pois sem voc\u00eas a USP, Unesp, Unicamp, Univesp, Centro Paula Souza n\u00e3o existiria, \u00e9 atrav\u00e9s do nosso trabalho, dos nossos impostos que conseguimos formar e exportar cientistas e profissionais altamente qualificados!E esclarecer que eu n\u00e3o me considero \u201cuma privilegiada\u201d e sim \u201cuma vencedora\u201d por n\u00e3o ter desistido do caminho! Como muitos durante minha adolesc\u00eancia eu residi na zona leste e apesar da dist\u00e2ncia, frio e adversidade n\u00e3o me fizeram desistir do meu sonho, como a minha \u00fanica alternativa era o sistema p\u00fablico, ent\u00e3o eu tinha que estudar nas melhores escolas para atingir meu sonho, e foi o que aconteceu, eu me preparei para o concurso p\u00fablico para ingressar em uma das melhores escolas t\u00e9cnicas do Brasil \u2013 CEFET-SP, depois prestei outro concurso p\u00fablico para ingressar na Unesp, dentro dessa institui\u00e7\u00e3o fiz outra concorr\u00eancia p\u00fablica e fui aprovada para estudar na Espanha (USC) onde resido atualmente, retornando utilizei a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o da CRUESP e terminei a gradua\u00e7\u00e3o na USP, e, na sequ\u00eancia, fiz outro concurso p\u00fablico para ingressar no mestrado e doutorado. Detalhe, eu sempre trabalhei enquanto eu estudava e isso foi o que me tornou ainda mais produtiva e com potencial de unir os conhecimentos \u201cacad\u00eamicos\u201d e \u201cpr\u00e1ticos\u201d!Atualmente, eu tenho + de 20 anos de experi\u00eancia, sou uma t\u00e9cnica em engenharia civil, farmac\u00eautica-bioqu\u00edmica e a 1\u00aa no mundo a desenvolver uma nova linha de pesquisa na \u00e1rea de ci\u00eancias regulat\u00f3rias\/Intelig\u00eancia Regulat\u00f3ria especializada em sa\u00fade e ind\u00fastria farmac\u00eautica, por meio de mestrado e doutorado! Em meados de 2009\/2010, quando eu decidi desenvolver uma nova linha de pesquisa eu j\u00e1 sabia que eu seria a 1\u00aa na USP\/Brasil, mas eu n\u00e3o imaginava que eu seria a 1\u00aa no mundo!Desenvolver uma nova linha de pesquisa al\u00e9m de n\u00e3o termos refer\u00eancias bibliogr\u00e1ficas, temos dificuldades de conseguir financiamento p\u00fablico para nossa pesquisa e, mais uma vez, qual foi a solu\u00e7\u00e3o que encontrei? Transformar meu mestrado e doutorado em empresa, livros, cursos, aulas, artigos em uma linguagem mais acess\u00edvel e gerar riqueza para a minha pr\u00f3pria sobreviv\u00eancia e para a sociedade atrav\u00e9s do meu trabalho t\u00e9cnico, cient\u00edfico e empresarial!Hoje, eu me especializei em regular empresas e produtos inovadores para serem comercializados no Brasil e no \u00e2mbito internacional, ou seja, enquanto meus irm\u00e3os t\u00e3o talentosos como eu est\u00e3o produzindo novas tecnologias na \u00e1rea da sa\u00fade, novos medicamentos, alimentos, cosm\u00e9ticos, novas terapias, eu sou a \u201cirm\u00e3\u201d que vai reunir tudo isso e transformar a boa ideia\/o sonho em realidade, pois para tudo tem uma ci\u00eancia.Minha pesquisa tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 um exemplo de como \u00e9 importante a multidisciplinariedade em um profissional, al\u00e9m da minha experi\u00eancia na \u00e1rea que eu j\u00e1 possu\u00eda, na USP, eu fui estudante da Faculdade de Ci\u00eancias Farmac\u00eauticas, da Faculdade de Economia, Faculdade de Direito, Faculdade de Pedagogia e Faculdade de Sa\u00fade P\u00fablica. Estagiei no Hospital das Cl\u00ednicas (Incor) e fui coordenadora de projetos entre a FIPFARMA-FURP.E aos poucos fui construindo, testando, como num laborat\u00f3rio, mas eu fui mais audaciosa, quis testar com empresas reais e minha metodologia foi implementada em dezenas de ind\u00fastrias farmac\u00eauticas e milhares de produtos que devem ser aprovados por ag\u00eancias reguladoras como a Anvisa, Inmetro, FDA. Quando terminei meu PhD eu j\u00e1 era uma refer\u00eancia no Brasil e j\u00e1 tinha publicado o 1\u00ba livro acad\u00eamico na \u00e1rea que teve a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o de autores da USP, Faculdade de Minas Gerais, Anvisa etc\u2026, mas uma jovem senhora precisava comprovar se realmente sua teoria estava certa e estruturar a melhor estrat\u00e9gia para regular empresas e produtos em todo o mundo, e comecei a testar em outros pa\u00edses, indiretamente me desenvolvi em mais 3 idiomas, morei e trabalhei em v\u00e1rios pa\u00edses, a cada avan\u00e7o os desafios come\u00e7aram a se tornar mais complexos, especialmente por conta da vaidade humana quando se deparava com uma cientista mulher internacional com o grau m\u00e1ximo de titula\u00e7\u00e3o acad\u00eamica, entretanto, com a energia e paix\u00e3o de uma adolescente!Como na nossa fam\u00edlia, eu at\u00e9 posso brigar com o meu irm\u00e3o, mas ai daquele que quiser maldizer sobre o nosso irm\u00e3o! Por isso eu n\u00e3o admito escutar as inverdades em congressos cient\u00edficos e em outros ambientes acad\u00eamicos no \u00e2mbito internacional que o Brasil \u2013 um pa\u00eds de extens\u00e3o continental \u00e9 um pa\u00eds subdesenvolvido ou que seu povo n\u00e3o tem valor!Ou que a nossa ag\u00eancia reguladora \u2013 Anvisa (criada em 1999) \u00e9 \u201ccomplicada\u201d, o interessante \u00e9 que as cr\u00edticas sempre s\u00e3o de pa\u00edses que sequer tem uma ag\u00eancia reguladora com o mesmo corpo t\u00e9cnico, cient\u00edfico, multidisciplinar e de doutores como n\u00f3s ou como a FDA (criada em 1906). Poucos sabem, mas, no Brasil, a primeira legisla\u00e7\u00e3o sanit\u00e1ria deu-se em 1744, e muitos paulistas e paulistanos ajudaram a construir o nosso sistema de vigil\u00e2ncia sanit\u00e1ria e independente de qualquer coisa, a nossa constitui\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 clara \u201cSA\u00daDE \u00c9 DIREITO DE TODOS E DEVER DO ESTADO\u201d e gra\u00e7as a esses profissionais que n\u00e3o s\u00f3 temos um sistema de sa\u00fade continental, mas os melhores profissionais de sa\u00fade do mundo! Quantas pessoas o complexo do Hospital das Cl\u00ednicas da USP atende por dia? Fazemos distin\u00e7\u00e3o de cor, ra\u00e7a, credo, idioma, nacionalidade? Todos s\u00e3o atendidos seguindo os princ\u00edpios de equidade e igualdade!Em pleno s\u00e9culo XXI ainda temos na\u00e7\u00f5es que n\u00e3o chegaram no mesmo n\u00edvel do povo brasileiro que aprendeu naturalmente enxergar e abra\u00e7ar o diferente como igual, sabendo que nem todos j\u00e1 atingiram a mesma evolu\u00e7\u00e3o do povo brasileiro, meu apelo n\u00e3o \u00e9 para que respeitem os \u201cbrasileiros\u201d, simplesmente respeitem uma das leis universais \u201chonre seus pr\u00f3prios antepassados\u201d, pois foi o Brasil que acolheu os filhos de v\u00e1rias p\u00e1trias (portugueses, italianos, espanh\u00f3is, japoneses, alem\u00e3es, ingleses, franceses, ucranianos, eslavos, africanos, chineses, arm\u00eanios, turcos, israelitas, judeus, holandeses, norte americanos, entre outros) em um per\u00edodo que o mundo estava ardendo em chamas e n\u00e3o foi capaz de dar assist\u00eancia para seu pr\u00f3prio povo!Chegaram em uma terra que n\u00e3o podiam falar seus idiomas m\u00e3e, e a diversidade fez com que eles se unissem e se entendessem sem google translator ou google maps! Veja a genialidade desse povo que inclusive ajudou a construir nossas universidades! E at\u00e9 hoje muitas nacionalidades que diz ser \u201cdesenvolvida\u201d n\u00e3o fala mais de um idioma e n\u00e3o valoriza cientistas internacionais e pior, mulheres cientistas internacionais!E foi essa terra maravilhosa que deu \u00e1gua, terra, ar e fogo para que os nossos antepassados fizessem a sua pr\u00f3pria magia utilizando seus conhecimentos e talentos natos de seu pr\u00f3prio DNA\/nacionalidade.E por isso hoje o \u201cbrasileiro\u201d re\u00fane os melhores talentos de cada nacionalidade e se tornou um exemplo de cidad\u00e3o do mundo! E produz os melhores cientistas e profissionais do mundo!E temos v\u00e1rios exemplos como:Lu\u00eds Gama \u2013 formado pela USP \u2013 descendente de imigrantes africanos e portuguesesAyrton Senna (o maior piloto de todos os tempos) \u2013 descendente de imigrantes italianosPel\u00e9 (o fen\u00f4meno do esporte\/futebol) \u2013 descendente de imigrantes africanos, entre outros.Assim, aproveito essa oportunidade para tamb\u00e9m agradecer ao Brasil por ter acolhido a minha fam\u00edlia nascidos na It\u00e1lia.Depois de ter percorrido por muitos pa\u00edses, atualmente eu consigo reconhecer os melhores pa\u00edses para se viver, estudar, que s\u00e3o seguros e respeitam os direitos humanos e por isso, hoje, eu entendo que S\u00e3o Paulo foi o melhor \u201cinterc\u00e2mbio cultural, cient\u00edfico e profissional\u201d que o grande arquiteto do universo poderia ter me dado, para que eu pudesse acelerar meu processo de aprendizagem e chegar nesse momento em que estamos vivendo num per\u00edodo de revolu\u00e7\u00e3o tecnol\u00f3gica, para que eu pudesse ter toda a bagagem t\u00e9cnica e regulat\u00f3ria para ajudar ag\u00eancias reguladoras e empresas p\u00fablicas e privadas em todo o mundo a regularem seus produtos e garantirem a qualidade, seguran\u00e7a e efic\u00e1cia para toda a popula\u00e7\u00e3o.Ap\u00f3s ter aprendido a conjugar o verbo \u201cser\u201d e n\u00e3o o verbo \u201cparecer ser\u201d, que leva mais tempo e d\u00e1 mais trabalho, hoje me sinto segura para afirmar que me tornei uma cidad\u00e3 do mundo! That\u2019s why I\u2019m Italian and Brazilian. At the age of 7\/8 I won my 1st prize in a public competition for best \u201cwriting\/innovation\u201d for a book I wrote at school and that\u2019s why at the time I was interviewed by TV Cultura, in other words, the universe was already signaling my profession.On our 90th anniversary of the University of S\u00e3o Paulo, the 1st Ibero-American University and one of the TOP 100 in the world, I would like to pay tribute and gratitude! And explain why we are the best in the world! And why you can too!Before I explain my direct relationship with USP, I would like to thank all S\u00e3o Paulo residents, because without you USP, Unesp, Unicamp, Univesp, Centro Paula Souza would not exist, it is through our work, our taxes that we can train and export highly qualified scientists and professionals!And clarify that I do not consider myself \u201cprivileged\u201d but rather \u201ca winner\u201d for not giving up on the path! Like many during my adolescence, I lived in the east zone and despite the distance, cold and adversity did not make me give up on my dream, as my only alternative was the public system, so I had to study in the best schools to achieve my dream, and That\u2019s what happened, I prepared for the public exam to enter one of the best technical schools in Brazil \u2013 CEFET-SP, then I took another public exam to enter Unesp, within that institution I did another public competition and was approved to study at Spain (USC) where I currently reside, upon returning I used the CRUESP legislation and finished my degree at USP, and then took another public exam to enter the master\u2019s and doctorate. Detail, I always worked while I studied and that was what made me even more productive and with the potential to combine \u201cacademic\u201d and \u201cpractical\u201d knowledge!I currently have more than 20 years of experience, I am a technician in civil engineering, pharmaceutical-biochemistry and the 1st in the world to develop a new line of research in the area of regulatory sciences \/ Regulatory Intelligence\u201d specialized in health and pharmaceutical industry, through master\u2019s and doctorate degrees! In mid-2009\/2010, when I decided to develop a new line of research, I already knew that I would be the 1st at USP\/Brazil, but I had no idea that I would be the 1st in the world!Developing a new line of research, in addition to not having bibliographic references, we have difficulty obtaining public funding for our research, and once again, what was the solution I found? Transform my master\u2019s and doctorate into a company, books, courses, classes, articles in a more accessible language and generate wealth for my own survival and for society through my technical, scientific and business work!Today I specialize in regulating innovative companies and products to be commercialized in Brazil and internationally, that is, while my brothers who are as talented as me are producing new technologies in the area of health, new medicines, foods, cosmetics, new therapies, I I am the \u201csister\u201d who will bring all this together and turn the good idea\/dream into reality, because there is a science to everything.My research is also an example of how important multidisciplinarity is in a professional, in addition to my experience in the area that I already had, at USP I was a student at the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, the Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Law, Faculty of Pedagogy and Faculty of Public Health. I interned at Hospital das Cl\u00ednicas (Incor) and was project coordinator between FIPFARMA-FURP.And little by little I built, tested, like in a laboratory, but I was more audacious, I wanted to test with real companies and my methodology was implemented in dozens of pharmaceutical industries and thousands of products that must be approved by regulatory agencies such as Anvisa or Inmetro. When I finished my PhD I was already a reference in Brazil and had already published the 1st academic book in the area that had the collaboration of authors from USP, Faculdade de Minas Gerais, Anvisa, etc\u2026, but a young lady needed to prove if I really your theory was right and structured the best strategy to regulate companies and products around the world, and I started testing in other countries, and indirectly developed myself in 3 more languages, I lived and worked in several countries, and with each advance the challenges began to become more complex, especially due to human vanity when faced with an international female scientist with the highest academic degree, yet with the energy and passion of a teenager!As in our family, I can even fight with my brother, but woe to anyone who wants to curse our brother! That\u2019s why I don\u2019t accept listening to untruths at scientific conferences and in other academic environments at the international level that Brazil \u2013 a country of continental extension \u2013 is an underdeveloped country or that its people have no value!Or that our regulatory agency \u2013 ANVISA (created in 1999) is \u201ccomplicated\u201d, the interesting thing is that the criticisms are always from countries that don\u2019t even have a regulatory agency with the same technical, scientific, multidisciplinary body and doctors like us or like the FDA (created in 1906). Few know, but in Brazil the first health legislation took place in 1744, and many people from S\u00e3o Paulo helped to build our health surveillance system and regardless of anything, our constitution is clear \u201cHEALTH IS EVERYONE\u2019S RIGHT AND THE DUTY OF STATE\u201d and thanks to these professionals we not only have a continental healthcare system, but the best healthcare professionals in the world! How many people does the USP Hospital das Cl\u00ednicas complex serve per day? Do we distinguish between color, race, creed, language, nationality? Everyone is served following the principles of equity and equality!In the 21st century we still have nations that have not reached the same level as the Brazilian people who naturally learned to see and embrace the different as equal, knowing that not everyone has already reached the same evolution as the Brazilian people, my appeal is not for you to respect the \u201cBrazilians\u201d, simply respect one of the universal laws \u201chonor your own ancestors\u201d, as it was Brazil that welcomed the children of various homelands (Portuguese, Italians, Spanish, Japanese, Germans, English, French, Ukrainians, Slavs, Africans, Chinese, Armenians , Turks, Israelis, Jews, Dutch, North Americans, among others) at a time when the world was burning in flames and was unable to provide assistance to its own people!They arrived in a land where they couldn\u2019t speak their mother languages, and the diversity made them come together and understand each other without Google Translate or Google Maps! See the genius of these people who even helped build our universities! And to this day, many nationalities that claim to be \u201cdeveloped\u201d no longer speak one language and do not value international scientists and worse, international women scientists!And it was this wonderful land that gave water, earth, air and fire so that our ancestors could make their own magic using their knowledge and talents born from their own DNA\/nationality.And that\u2019s why today the \u201cBrazilian\u201d brings together the best talents of each nationality and has become an example of a citizen of the world! And it produces the best scientists and professionals in the world!And we have several examples such as:Lu\u00eds Gama \u2013 graduated from USP \u2013 descendant of African and Portuguese immigrantsAyrton Senna (the greatest driver of all time) \u2013 descendant of Italian immigrantsPel\u00e9 (the sport\/football phenomenon) \u2013 descendant of African immigrants, among others.Therefore, I take this opportunity to also thank Brazil for welcoming my family born in Italy.After having traveled to many countries, I can currently recognize the best countries to live and study, which are safe and respect human rights and that is why today I understand that S\u00e3o Paulo was the best \u201ccultural, scientific and professional exchange\u201d that the great architect of the universe could have given it to me, so that I could accelerate my learning process and reach this moment in which we are living in a period of technological revolution, so that I could have all the technical and regulatory background to help regulatory agencies and companies public and private companies around the world to regulate their products and guarantee quality, safety and effectiveness for the entire population.After learning to conjugate the verb \u201cto be\u201d and not the verb \u201cseem to be\u201d, which takes more time and requires more work, today I feel confident in saying that I have become a citizen of the world!
